My stay here was comfortable. Lovely hotel, staff were excellent and the location was wonderful on a platform which has lines which you must stand inside of. Suite I stayed at was compact with ac.

I appreciated the cozy and clean room with high-quality linens. Andrew was very attentive, we felt welcomed and even waiting to assist us when we arrived. The noise from nearby nightlife occasionally disrupted sleep, and the air conditioning struggled to cool the room sufficiently on a hot day.

The lack of sound isolation from the street can be bothersome due to the buzzing city life outside. Parking near the hotel is non-existent, and any nearby garage comes with a hefty fee, pushing costs upwards of €50 for an overnight stay.

Toscanelli residenza d'epoca offers huge rooms with comfy beds and excellent air conditioning. The location is perfect, right across from pitti palace and boboli garden, and close to many local restaurants. Andrew was a standout host, meeting us on arrival and helping with our luggage, much appreciated.
